2018-2019 Men's Basketball Uniforms
Facing a tougher non-conference schedule that featured quality opponents such as Arizona State, St. Mary's, Dayton, Clemson, and Cincinnati, Mississippi State's men's basketball team finished non-conference play with an impressive 12-1 record, with the only loss coming at Arizona State in Las Vegas. They followed that up with an 10-8 SEC record, earning a 6 seed in the SEC Tournament where they picked up an additional win over Texas A&M. With a 23-10 overall record after the SEC Tournament, the Bulldogs made their first NCAA Tournament Appearance in 10 years! As a 5 seed, the Bulldogs were matched up with 12 seed Liberty. Unfortunately, the Bulldogs fell victim to the 5/12 curse and were unable to advance past the first round of the NCAA Tournament.
The 2019 white, maroon, and black uniforms all feature a minor change this season: the M-State logo has replaced the Bulldog logo on the shorts. In addition, the number on the left leg of the shorts on the cream "State" throwback uniforms has been removed, reverting them back to their 2016-2017 design. The gray uniforms are the exact same as last season.
The only completely new uniforms in 2019 are the "Harlem" uniforms, and are part of Adidas's "Celebrating Black Culture" uniform series. The Harlem uniforms have a cream base and are the first since 2002 to feature the "Mississippi -number- State" format on the front of the jersey.
Among the Bulldogs' six uniforms, they wore white the most: in 14 games they finished with an 11-3 record. The maroon, gray, and black uniforms all finished the season with a .500 record: maroon at 5-5, gray at 2-2, and black at 1-1. The cream "State" and "Harlem" uniforms were both undefeated at 2-0 each.

2018-2019 Women's Basketball Uniforms
Vic Schaefer and Mississippi State's women's basketball program just keep re-loading. After making two consecutive national championship appearances and losing four starters from last year's squad, the Bulldogs went 12-1 in this year's non-conference schedule, earning big wins over Texas and Marquette while only suffering one loss, on the road at top-5 Oregon. In conference play, the Bulldogs went 15-1, claiming their second consecutive SEC regular season championship. In the SEC Tournament, State went 3-0 to win its first ever SEC Women's Basketball Tournament championship. The Bulldogs then won their first three NCAA Tournament games to make their third consecutive Elite Eight appearance, where they fell to the Oregon Ducks in a de-facto road game at Portland.
The women's uniforms were slightly re-designed before the season, with thicker neck/arm trim and a much thicker stripe at the bottom of the shorts. The Bulldogs wore 7 uniforms in the 2019 regular season: White, Maroon, Black, Gray, "State," Harlem, and Pink. The White, Maroon, Black, and Gray uniforms followed the updated template; the "State" jerseys were retained from 2018 but were worn with the updated shorts. The pink uniforms were the only ones retained in full from 2018. The "Harlem" uniforms were new in 2019 and were part of an Adidas Black History Month series.
The maroon jerseys were worn the most in the 2018-2019 season, being worn in 13 games to a 12-1 record. The home white jerseys were worn 11 times to a 10-1 record. The Bulldogs had five alternate uniforms in 2019: they were 5-0 in the "State" jerseys (including two wins in the SEC Tournament and two more in the NCAA Tournament), 2-1 in the Harlem jerseys (including a win in the SEC Tournament Championship Game), 2-0 in black, 1-0 in gray, and 1-0 in pink.
