2022-2023 Men's Basketball Uniforms
Mississippi State returned to the NCAA Tournament in 2023 in its first year under Chris Jans! Following an outstanding regular season, the Bulldogs played in the First Four in Dayton, OH as an 11 seed for the first time ever, falling in a heartbreaker to Pittsburgh to bring the season to an end.
The Bulldogs wore the same four uniforms in the 2022-2023 season as they did in the previous season; the NCAA patch was worn on the right chest of the white jerseys for the First Four game vs Pittsburgh.

In the first year under Sam Purcell, Mississippi State returned to the NCAA Tournament for the first time since 2019! The Bulldogs won their first ever First Four game against fellow 11 seed Illinois and then upset 5 seed Creighton in the Round of 64 to advance to the Round of 32, where their season ended with a loss to Notre Dame.
The Bulldogs' primary maroon and white uniforms remained the same for the 2022-2023 season, but four new alternate uniforms were introduced, including a new pink uniform, a new edition of the black "Starkvegas" uniforms, and two new cream uniforms: one with an arched "State" on the chest and another with split "Mississippi State" lettering on the front and a floral design throughout honoring Black Excellence.
