In the first road game of the season on Friday, the Bulldogs wore a brand new combo: Maroon MS over gray pinstripes. It was the first Friday game that the Bulldogs didn't wear Maroon MS over white in since the 2015 season. The 1-0 loss was the Bulldogs' first in any form of Pinstripes in 2017.
On both Saturday and Sunday, the Bulldogs wore the full Gray Pinstripes. The win on Saturday was the Gray Pins ' first appearance of the season. When combined with the White Pinstripes, the Bulldogs had a stout 4-0 record in full pinstripes after Saturday. Sunday, unfortunately was the first loss in full pins on the season; the White Pins are still unscathed.
